How our shirts ship

Every Sons of Beaches tee is printed on demand in the United States when you order it. This means two clocks: production time (making the shirt) and transit time (getting it to you).

Production time

2–7 business days from order placement to shipment. Most orders ship within 3–4 business days. High-volume periods (launches, holidays) may add 1–2 days.

You'll get a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Transit time (once shipped)

• United States: 3–8 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL). They are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and selected service level. We don't hide shipping in the product price.

Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time for orders above a threshold. Look for the announcement bar at the top of the Site.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states, DC, and US territories). We don't ship internationally yet, but stay tuned — we plan to open Canada shipping down the road.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Double-check before checkout. If your package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address, we can:

• Reship to a corrected address — you cover reshipping cost
• Refund your order minus original shipping and a 20% restocking fee

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email support@sonsofbeaches.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier claim and, once confirmed lost, either reship your order or refund it — your call.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the outer packaging and the damaged item before removing anything, and email us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the replacement / refund process.

Order changes

Once an order has been submitted to production (usually within 12 hours), we cannot change the shipping address, size, or design. Contact us immediately at support@sonsofbeaches.com if you need to change an order.
